USB SDR

Optional direct browser connection. The SDR remains attached to the user's computer; Sat Sensor Tech does not expose it as an Internet endpoint.

Initial device filter targets common Realtek RTL2832U hardware. Full IQ streaming and FFT/Doppler processing are not enabled yet.
